Welcome

Can someone please explain to me how come there will always be enough PAs and specialized teachers to handle all of the kids with special needs or behavioral problems or whatnot, but when a kid shows special aptitude for reading or math or some other subject, there’s nothing there ? There are special classes in every school (as far as I know) for kids who can’t read on grade level – but gifted and talented classes for a only a small percentage of the kids who test in ?
